Annual Rally

We are in unprecedented times and this requires quite exceptional decisions to be made.  To this end the Board have taken the reluctant decision to cancel the Annual Rally.  Cancelling now provides certainty to you all, limits our financial exposure to the event to below £1,000, and allows us to remain compliant with the social distancing obligations that are becoming more stringent.

We will be refunding all the 2020 Annual Rally payments that we have received.

  • If you paid for your tickets via a credit or debit card you do not need to contact us as we will refund your payment directly to the card that you used to make the payment.
  • If you paid by cheque or direct bank transfer please can you email accounts@rrec.org.uk with your bank account name, sort code and account number quoting reference: “Annual Rally refund” and we will make a refund directly back into your bank account.
  • Please be assured that we have secure systems and procedures in place that will enable us to process your refunds quickly and efficiently.  If you have any further queries please contact Claire Seymour, Finance Manager at accounts@rrec.org.uk .
